Naraku Sport cast iron cylinder kit 70ccm for scooters with liquid-cooled Piaggio engines from year 1997 (5-square). Cast iron is used for standard and sport cylinders. Cast iron cylinders are characterized by a long life / durability and low prices.
The cylinder can be used with original / aftermarket OEM exhausts as well as sport / entry level tuning exhausts. If you keep the original carburetor, carburetor jetting should be increased by approx. 7-10% (guide value). It is recommended to use a larger carburetor 17,5-19mm.
The kit includes piston and gasket set, the cylinder head is not included, you can continue to use the original cylinder head. However, we recommend using it with a 70cc cylinder head NK102.67.
Naraku pistons are provided with a molybdenum coating, which protects cylinder and piston during the break-in period. This coating dissolves completely after a few hours of operation.
